Physiotherapy Consultation

$200 / hour

Individualised physiotherapy assessment and treatment delivered in your home or community environment.

Travel Time

$100 / hour

Travel time may apply to home-visiting appointments depending on location. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed before your appointment.

NDIS

NDIS Physiotherapy

Neurolab provides physiotherapy services for plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants.

Physiotherapy Consultation

$183.99 / hour

Physiotherapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation planning and related clinical services.

Travel Time

$92/ hour

Travel time may be claimed in accordance with applicable NDIS pricing arrangements.

Non-Labor Provider Travel

$0.99 / km

Where applicable, provider travel kilometre charges may apply in addition to travel time.

REBATES & PRIVATE HEALTH

Rebates and private health insurance.

Medicare

Some physiotherapy sessions may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if your GP has referred you under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan. Eligibility and the number of services available are determined under the current Medicare requirements.

Current rebate: Medicare Benefits Schedule – Physiotherapy Item 10960.

The Medicare rebate does not cover the full cost of the session, so an out-of-pocket gap will usually apply.

Medicare rebates are claimed manually after payment. Neurolab will provide the documentation required for your claim.

Private Health

If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible to claim a rebate for physiotherapy.

The amount reimbursed depends on your insurer, policy and level of cover.

Rebates are claimed manually after payment. A detailed receipt will be provided so you can submit your claim to your insurer.

HOME VISITING SERVICES

Neurolab is a mobile physiotherapy service, with appointments delivered in your home, residential facility or community environment across Perth.

Great Southern Outreach

Outreach services are available throughout the Great Southern, including Albany and surrounding areas. Travel arrangements and any associated costs are confirmed prior to booking.

Applicable travel costs are discussed before services commence.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur the full session fee.
