Fees & Rebates
Appointment Fees
Private Clients
We offer physiotherapy services on a fee-for service basis, as well as through Home Care Packages and Private Health cover.
Physiotherapy consultation and treatment $200 per hour.
This includes:
- Face to face consult, treatment and intervention

Clinical documentation (in-line with AHPRA requirements)

Development of resources and home exercise programs

Therapy reports

Equipment trials, applications, and follow up support
Travel rate $100 p/hr.
Outreach services (non-metropolitan areas) are available, with rates discussed and agreed upon directly between the therapist and client.
NDIS Clients
Our services for NDIS participants are billed in line with the current NDIS pricing arrangements and Price limits.
Physiotherapy Services hourly rate $183.99
This includes:
- Face to face consult, treatment and intervention
- Clinical documentation (in line with AHPRA requirements)
- Development of resources and personalised home exercise programs
- Therapy reports
- Equipment trials, applications, and follow up support
- Travel rate $92 p/hr, capped at 30mins.
- Outreach services: Rates for non-metropolitan travel will be agreed upon between the therapist and client in line with the NDIS Price Guide
- Mileage (non-labour travel): $0.99/km from business address to participant location.

Rebates & Private Health
Medicare
Some physiotherapy sessions may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if your GP has referred you under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan.
- Current rebate: Medicare Benefits Schedule – Physiotherapy Item 10960
- Please note the rebate does not cover the full cost of a session, so there will usually be an out-of-pocket gap.
- Medicare rebates need to be claimed manually after you’ve paid your invoice. We’ll provide all the paperwork you need.
Private Health
If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be able to claim a rebate for physiotherapy.
- The amount you get back depends on your policy and level of cover.
- Rebates must be claimed manually after payment. A detailed receipt will be provided for your claim.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur the full session fee.
