Treatment is individualised and evidence-based, with rehabilitation directed toward the movement, function and activities that matter most to you.

Physiotherapy begins with a detailed assessment to understand your individual presentation, priorities and goals. Treatment may focus on restoring or maintaining function, developing compensatory strategies, managing secondary complications and supporting participation at home and in the community.

Assessment of movement, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, functional capacity and the impact of neurological symptoms on everyday activities.
Movement & motor retraining
Individualised rehabilitation using task-specific practice, movement analysis and neurological rehabilitation principles.
Walking & mobility rehabilitation
Treatment targeting gait, transfers, balance, endurance and safe mobility within the home and community.
Exercise prescription
Individualised strength, balance, cardiovascular and functional exercise programs tailored to your goals and abilities.
Neurological Pilates
Pilates-based rehabilitation may be incorporated where appropriate to support trunk control, balance, movement efficiency and functional activity.
Manual therapy
