The Neurolab PT team work to achieve the best outcomes for our customers. This includes providing the opportunity for our valued clients to provide feedback, lodge complaints, and share ideas for service delivery.

The inclusion of our customers within our organisational structure and providing them with the opportunity to share ideas and express unmet needs is a crucial part of delivering a patient-centered service. The delivery of such a service enables us to experience continued growth and the ability to understand and meet our customer’s needs. Feedback should be considered as a fundamental aspect of our reflective practice, fostering a positive attitude towards the opportunity for development and growth.
